ITIL releases master qualification, and updates MLAC

ITIL has released a Master qualification, the highest level in its Official Qualification Scheme. The qualification has a different form of assessment – a written submission and interview is required.

The Managing Across the Lifecycle (MLAC) qualification has also been reviewed and updated. The new credential has a higher level of difficulty than the intermediate qualifications. The number of questions has increased to ten (used to be 8). The exam length has also increased from one and a half to two hours.
