Microsoft will be
offering Ubuntu, CentOS, and SUSE Linux on their Azure cloud platform.
The
Linux on Azure will include distributions like Suse Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP2, Canonical Ubuntu 12.04, OpenSuse
12.01, and CentOS 6.2, along with Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows Server
2012 Release Candidate.
